AlzJA becomes first registered Dementia Friends organisation in the Caribbean

As of May 2018, AlzJA is the first registered Dementia Friends organisation in the

Caribbean. A Dementia Friend learns a little bit more about what it’s like to live with

dementia and then turns that understanding into action – anyone of any age can be a

Dementia Friend. Organisations can also participate by teaming up with AlzJA for staff

education and activities.
